We are pleased to welcome the recent senior appointment of Sean Myers to EMM as an Associate Director – Environmental Planning & Approvals, based in our Melbourne office.
With over 26 years of experience, Sean brings exceptional expertise in environmental planning and approvals, environmental impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and the management and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
Sean has led multi-disciplinary teams across a wide range of sectors, including renewable energy, transport, extractive industries, water, and waste. With a proven track record achieving sustainable solutions through strategic advice and delivering complex projects, Sean is focused on delivering holistic solutions that meet the needs of clients and communities.

Sean’s appointment further strengthens EMM’s capabilities in delivering innovative, tailored, and sustainable solutions for complex environmental planning and approvals projects. The integrated team now comprises of over 80 professionals who work in partnership with clients to identify environmental constraints and opportunities as well as establish planning approval strategies and pathways which enable projects to achieve delivery milestones whilst recognising their environmental and social context.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, Graduate Diploma in Natural Resources Law and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration at Deakin University.
