We are proud to announce the appointment of two highly experienced and respected professionals, Jacyleen
(Jo) Ong and Glenn Passfield, to our Strategic Advisory team.
Jo brings over 14 years of experience across the public and private sectors, specialising in legal, policy, and strategic project management within the water, mining, and energy sectors. She has led major reforms, such as establishing a first-of-kind cross-government roadmap to reform the Murray-Darling Basin water market. Her expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and driving impactful change makes her a valuable addition to the team. With a Bachelor of International Business and a Bachelor of Laws, Jo will work alongside our expanded team to deliver water management, policy and regulatory advisory services, based in EMM’s Sydney office.
Glenn joins EMM with over 27 years of experience across the mining, energy, water, and natural resource sectors fulfilling various senior roles within consulting and industry. An authentic and pragmatic leader, Glenn has a proven track record in delivering business performance and customer value through strategy development, cultural transformation, and value stream improvement. His recent leadership roles at BHP and Santos have seen him spearhead major transformation projects, working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Environmental) and a Master of Science (Groundwater Hydrology) and will be based in the company’s Adelaide office.
Jo and Glenn are both excited to join EMM and bring their unique perspectives to the team.
