Leading planning, environmental and advisory company EMM has appointed Verity Blair and Dave Kelly to the dual role of Infrastructure and Construction Market Leader
Verity Blair first joined EMM as a Senior Environmental Planner in 2009. Over her 20-year career she has worked in a range of sectors for both government and private clients. Following a five-year secondment to WestConnex, where her responsibilities included the delivery of public open space and public art projects across WestConnex Transurban’s New M4 and M8 Projects, the company was pleased to welcome Verity back to EMM last year. Verity continues to work on a range of large infrastructure projects including Sydney Metro’s Western Tunnelling Package and Transport for New South Wales’ Western Harbour Tunnel tender.
Dave Kelly has also been part of the evolution of the company, joining in 2011 as an Associate / Planning Services leader. In 2016 Dave took up a role on WestConnex New M4 as Environment Manager, responsible for all environmental aspects relating to development of the Concept design, procurement, approvals and delivery of the tunnel project. Returning to EMM in a full-time capacity in 2019, Dave has continued advising government and private clients in major infrastructure delivery.
The focus in this market reflects EMM’s ongoing commitment to providing innovative and value-add solutions to private and public sector clients as they tackle current and future infrastructure challenges from concept phase through to operation.
Markets and Marketing Executive Leader, Tanya Hatchman commented:

Verity and Dave both play a key role in leading the delivery of strategic and state significant projects to clients who work in challenging and complex environments”.
EMM has extensive experience in delivering multi-faceted and high-profile projects across the transport, waste, industry and water sectors.
