Welcoming Justin Homenko to EMM’s Regulatory Team in Canada

 We are pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Homenko as a Senior Project Manager – Regulatory, based in our Calgary office.

With extensive experience in environmental and regulatory compliance, Justin has led complex permitting, planning, and operations across the renewable, oil & gas, mining, municipal infrastructure and marine sectors. His project experience also spans jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulatory structures applicable to any specific project. His expertise includes permitting, environmental impact assessments, regulatory approvals, management of field operations, and reporting with a consistent focus on fostering strong positive relationships between project teams, stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Justin has also played a key role in collaborating with Indigenous partners and regulatory agencies, building a relationship of trust in support of project success.

Justin’s experience in environmental strategy, stakeholder engagement, and risk management strengthens our ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Calgary and brings a meticulous, solutions-driven approach to regulatory project management.
